Interactive memorials included free montage video tools as well as photo album and guest book functionality. Developed a Web site content management training program for small businesses. The program provided Web site re-design and development, training for staff on content management software, and training for business owners on social media optimization (SMO) and search engine optimization (SEO) practices.Established the IT Roundtable and Meetup Group (http://www.meetup.com/Cincinnati-IT-Jobs/), enrolling 62 members. Specifically, this business met the work apparel and safety apparel requirements of 13,000,000 AFL-CIO members. Designed and implemented a radically successful "one-to-many" Internet marketing strategy expediting business growth and leading to three (3) acquisition offers.

This business unit contributed annually to approximately 13 million dollars in new revenue.Designed and implemented the New Business Development Center's Automated Resume Database. Documentation managed through the database received unprecedented and exemplary customer satisfaction results.
