A solution may be a process improvement, a brand new design, a brand new product, software application, or a mobile application. I provide support in ideation, identifying and articulating project outcomes, user requirements, mock-ups, demo development, monitoring business strategy impact points, building multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the end solution balances customer needs and business outcomes.Designed, developed and sold a concept Web site for the funeral service industry. The Web site provided funeral homes with an interactive tool that supported the creation of online memorials. Interactive memorials included free montage video tools as well as photo album and guest book functionality. Developed a Web site content management training program for small businesses. The program provided Web site re-design and development, training for staff on content management software, and training for business owners on social media optimization (SMO) and search engine optimization (SEO) practices.Established the IT Roundtable and Meetup Group (http://www.meetup.com/Cincinnati-IT-Jobs/), enrolling 62 members. The group was established to support the career development of Cincinnati based IT professionals. Successfully transitioned the group into The Circuit IT Roundtable in January 2012.

Successfully contracted with several major labor unions, such as The United Steel Workers Union and The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Union, providing products and services to their members.Acquired a small business loan from the Small Business Administration by submitting a detailed and fiscally accurate business plan for a retail store and Internet business. Specifically, this business met the work apparel and safety apparel requirements of 13,000,000 AFL-CIO members. Designed and implemented a radically successful "one-to-many" Internet marketing strategy expediting business growth and leading to three (3) acquisition offers.

Designed workflow processes, promotional strategies and technical infrastructure for the regional New Business Development Center. This business unit contributed annually to approximately 13 million dollars in new revenue.Designed and implemented the New Business Development Center's Automated Resume Database. Documentation managed through the database received unprecedented and exemplary customer satisfaction results.

Managed 50 information technology professionals in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Supervised staff in meeting performance objectives. Performed salary negotiations and managed travel expenditures.
