CurrentBUSINESS OPERATIONS + SPECIAL PROJECTS- Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving organizational change, process improvement, and elevation of operational efficiencies.- Partner with versatile teams to identify, raise and resolve key risks and potential roadblocks.ENABLEMENT MANAGER- Build a robust Operations Engagement Model to identify, act, and manage initiatives that enhance the employee experience at global scale.- Enhance processes around the future of work, collaboration, project management, employee experience, and operational excellence.- Utilize data driven insights to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, employee experience and remedy risk. Update policies, practices and services - establishing consistent expectations, communication, and reliability for and with employees.- Build working knowledge of COE’s and Splunk's ecosystem to ensure initiatives and deliverables are executed in a timely, proper, and frictionless manner.
