• Create electrical model drawings, conveyor electrical device layout drawings, E-stop drawings, Ethernet & Profibus network drawings, Control panel Layout.• Developing control panel Electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical and ensure design meets UL508A• Conducting Design review meeting with Customer and other disciplines like Mechanical & Controls.• Generating Bill of Materials for Control panel and Field Electrical devices.• Co-ordinate with Panel shop during fabrication and answering questions.• Work with Field Electrical installation team to ensure smooth installation which meets customer specifications & standards NFPA70, NFPA79.• Testing, Commissioning & troubleshooting of Control panels, conveyor Electrical field devices like VFD (AB PF525, Eaton DG1, Cuttler hammer SVX), soft start, motor, compact I/O modules (AB 5069), Photo eyes, Encoders, Solenoids etc.

• Develop Engineering design documentations like Single Line & Three Line Drawings, panel layout diagrams, and Wiring diagram for Substations (60KV to 220KV).• Worked on Various projects with different Bus systems like Breaker and a Half (BAAH), DBSB (Double Bus Single Breaker) arrangement.• Hands on Experience on Creation of Electrical drawings using intelligent software called Bentley Substation.• Assigning Task to the Drafting Team and doing the Quality check on the documents. coordinate with the shop floor during the manufacturing of the Protection Panels.• Knowledge on Microprocessor Based Relays like SEL 451, SEL 411L, SEL 487E, SEL 421.

 Prepare electrical drawings, general arrangement drawings and bill of material for approval and manufacturing of LV Motor Control Center.  Selecting components for FVNR starters, Soft starters and VFD per UL845 & NEMA ICS18.  Design control schematics for FVNR/FVR starters, Soft starters and VFD's.  Designing of Mechanical Layouts using Design Automation tool, to simulate the feasibility of device mounting & get them machined by CNC.  Check drawings as per checklist and ensure accuracy of outputs.  Resolving issues during manufacturing phase.
