Following are some of the responsibilities that I am handling:•Full P&L responsibility for $40 million channel of the company. •Overseeing and managing the entire sales and recruiting for one of the two channels of the company.•Create and implement strategic and tactical plans to increase profitability.•Responsibilities include directing sales, recruiting, and the administrative staff. •Responsible for driving performance improvement in form of headcount growth, revenue growth, gross margin and contribution margin. •Overseeing all administrative, immigration and legal matters. Negotiating contracts, formulate policies and effective rollout strategies.Most significant Achievement:• $4.9 million contribution margin.

Director Recruiting - Noida, Jan 2012 to Dec 2014As a recruiting head, I set the direction, oversee the operations and take full responsibility for the division. My role required me to achieve starts, gross margin, cost budget and Recruiter Efficiency Index. Reported to the Chief Executive Officer (COO). I was responsible for and successfully handled the following responsibilities:•Team size 60. Direct reports – Recruiting Managers, Trainers, Corporate recruiters and support staff.•Develop a business plan for the year and direct the activities to achieve the stated goals both for recruiters and for clients per SLAs. Clients managed were MSPs, Integrators and exclusive accounts.•Set and implement strategy and drive all recruiting activities to achieve the starts targets, while fulfilling the gross margin, cost and Recruiter Efficiency expectations.•Direct, manage, lead and train the staff. Ensure that the company is organized effectively with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Set goals and monitor performance.•Overseeing all administrative, immigration and legal matters. Formulate policies and effective rollout strategies.
