Over the years I have developed an encyclopaedic knowledge of McBrides' clients and data systems having worked in the marketing team during that time. This enabled me to move smoothly into a newly created role of Client Onboarding and Data Office in Summer 2023.I now ensure that new clients are smoothly onboarded into McBrides. As the first point of contact I provide them with timely communications and answer any queries they have along the way. I also manage data in our practice management tool, customer relationship management system and document management systems running training and reports for internal teams.As part of the marking team I became an experienced Certified Digital Marketing Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Skilled in Digital Marketing, Event Management, Social Media, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Shorthand and Audio typing. Originally from a PA/Secretarial background, my role over the years developed into a full-time marketing position, I was responsible for the co-ordination of all McBrides marketing activities including marketing material, website, newsletters and social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn and FaceBook). I also arranged all our events including our Finance & Business (FaB) quarterly networking breakfast club.Also proud to be a member of the team announced as the winners of the Best Business for Marketing and Social Media in the 2017 Bexley Business Excellence Awards.
