22+ years of experience in IT/ITES, D2C and Ecommerce and (Operations and Training) I've worked extensively in imparting behavioral skills, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and customer service trainings in companies like GE, Wipro, IBM and am currently living it up at Commvault. Effective communication is my forte and I've conducted many workshops based on British Council’s Common European Framework to help entry-level as well as mid management employees tune their ways of communicating for better results. During my tenure as Group Manager, HR & Training, I was instrumental in drafting corporate level policies in compliance with the labour laws of the land, one of those polices being Prevention of Sexual Harassment against women at the workplace (P.O.S.H) basis Vishaka guidelines. Enforcing the policy and conducting training, awareness and sensitization sessions was also a part of the process. I've expanded my application of effective communication skills to the internet first economy by coaching the digital marketing teams on how to produce relevant messaging.
