Led Product Roadmap for QuickBooks Enterprise: Spearheaded the development and execution of the product roadmap for QuickBooks Enterprise, an accounting and financial management software utilized by over 200,000 businesses in the U.S.Strategic Roadmap Creation: Developed an annual roadmap by conducting over 20 customer interviews, engaging in detailed sessions with cross-functional teams, and performing competitor analysis, which resulted in a prioritized roadmap that aligned with the overall product strategy and secured buy-in from executive leadership.Multi-Year Migration Strategy: Authored a comprehensive strategy for transitioning QuickBooks Enterprise customers to QuickBooks Online, based on thorough analysis of product metrics, customer feedback, and previous research. Launched ClearTaxGST: Successfully introduced ClearTaxGST within six months of the GST rollout in India. - Developed and owned roadmap for demand side (seller side) product at Shadowfax, an on-demand local delivery platform for businesses in Food, Grocery and e-commerce. - Launched 4 major products addressing key problems: New merchant facing portal, Merchant on-boarding and contract sign-up, Revamped Pre-Paid Wallet account for merchants, Automated Invoice and Account summary- Managed 8 members team comprising of engineers, designer and analyst.- Responsible for API integrations with 6 external Product teams of Shadowfax business partners to achieve scalable delivery platform. - Started www.vidency.org. Vidency curates informative videos present on YouTube or other websites using a wiki-like approach. Informative videos are currently scattered over the web and vidency's goal is to build a video based encyclopaedia.- Created, launched and managed everything during the entire product lifecycle of vidency from idea stage to its current state with 1 thousand sessions per month.- On a side note Vidency also attracted interest from couple of early stage VC funds. We couldn't take it forward as by that time I had already moved on to my new role at Shadowfax.
