-I was hired as a part of the initial 25 member team of the Alex Data Services team in India (Previous called Data Pipeline team) Our team then handled the pre-launch product testing of "Amazon Echo" - Our mandate was to ensure top quality data going into the device hence we worked with various data and compiled them into the various parameters and codes given to us.-The team grew from 25 members to 1200+ which was a great experience to be a part of. There was a lot of internal communication and teamwork required to ensure quality and the team was then compartmentalized or divided into smaller units. Joining early always had its perks, I gained a lot of exposure in how a new process was implemented. Being the 25th team member, I got a front row seat to see a lot of changes in culture, process, and management strategies.
