Direct reporting to QA Manager. Leading a team of 8 test engineers & contributing in the overall testing process. Providing regular quality status updates and communication with product stakeholders Defining testing activities for the Iterations/Sprints and ensured the processes are in accordance with agile methodology Resource Estimation and Allocation among various component/feature testing teams Participation in defect triage Planning Execution of Functional, Regression, Performance, Memory leak Tests, Automation & Workflow Tests Participation in design reviews, user interface reviews with the development team.  Reviewing test plans and DITs created by the team. Organizing Knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams (team development initiative). Organizing Product/Component Bug Hunt. Reviewing the documents like help, install guide, manuals, ReadMe, known issues that have to be shipped with the software, for accuracy & completeness. Tracking customer escalations and managing customer issues with support and development teams Ensured good QA support for parallel minor project by proper resource allocation based on feature risk & complexity Delivered timely & constructive feedback for team development & provide inputs for performance appraisal

 Point of contact for all assigned Products/modules Creation of the Test plan and DITs for assigned features. Peer review of other features. Execution of the Structured Test Cases. Performing Functional,Ad-Hoc, Regression, Performance, Exploratory, Acceptance, Localization, Web testing. Defect reporting and regression  Contributor for Defect triage along with other stakeholders Participating in scrum and deliver as per sprint plan. Active participation in Use Case Reviews and User Interface Reviews. Provide inputs to derive UI, usability and navigation for web editor. Analysing and resolving Customer reported issues Mentoring and delegating assignment to a team of 2 and reporting consolidated status
