This included exploring various forms of project financing, such as revenue-backed debt.-Developed a robust benefit-cost analysis framework to support the City of Ithaca’s Community Rating System (CRS) Strategy. This involved leveraging financial modeling techniques to enhance asset management and optimize resource allocation.- Utilized ArcGIS for data analytics, analyzing collected asset data to provide actionable insights for infrastructure planning and development.
