Consultant Service for Facility Management Facility management is a profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.Generally speaking, the role of the facility manager is to ensure that the facility is operating as it should on a daily basis by completing daily inspections and conducting proactive and reactive maintenance.
