Community Innovation Network (CIN) is a nonprofit organization under the Case Western Reserve University umbrella that facilitates community-building, conducts research, builds resources, and offers both consulting and training services.Primary projects/responsibilities:* Created and implemented an on-campus voter registration/awareness campaign, including programming, outreach, and marketing materials* Conducted qualitative interviews and literature reviews as well as serving as an editorial eye for a peer-reviewed journal article* Launched and managed brand new CIN social media* Managed the monthly newsletter publication

O2 Yoga & Wellness Center is a family-owned small business with two locations in the Greater Boston area. Primary Responsibilities and results:Recruited, trained, onboarded, and maintained positive, productive relationships with +25 yoga instructors and +100 volunteers.+$270,000 in revenue secured through the recruitment of +90 yoga teacher training program participants.Designed and implemented sales strategies to bring +$500,000 in additional revenue.Designed and managed +7,700 social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.Wrote and distributed a bi-weekly electronic newsletter to a circulation of +15,000 subscribers.Managed three rental spaces for the studio’s Wellness Center generating +$19,425 in revenue.
