I am a driven Psychology Graduate, turned Account Manager, who prides herself in acquiring and developing new skills. I merit myself in having a varied level of skills, with key emphasis being on interpersonal skills, adaptiveness, and flexibility in addition to being able to excel in high pressure environments and work efficiently to meet deadlines. I have attained a wide-range and substantial level of experience working with people in both face to face interactions and verbal/ written communication. I am flexible and adaptive to new environments, willing to advance my skill set to work effectively in new surroundings, and to match the differing and new challenges. My current role has allowed me to work both independently and as part of a small team. This has led me to adopt a more decisive approach and show leadership on important decisions. I am able to appropriately delegate tasks for both my colleagues and I, taking into account both mine and their qualities and strengths.
