I led the team to transition the service and rapidly implement a technology solution to support the disbursement and management of circa £90M of grant funds from the incumbent provider within a very short timeframe. - Bid and proposition development - Assurance of current delivery programmes - Interim Head of Internal Strategic Change for the Public Services Division (6 months) working with the CEO and leadership team to deliver wide ranging internal transformation and cost savings.

New site leased, refurbished, branding, hardware and networks installed, 300 staff recruited and training and training programme redesigned.

Led the programme team managing the transfer of all people, contracts and assets Including TUPE transfer of 540 people.
