Programme Director for Defence Fire & Rescue Programme (DFRP) to migrate and transform MOD Fire and Rescue Services in the UK and internationally. Leading a large programme team with a budget of + £50m across 5 key workstreams: Technology, People & Change, Infrastructure, Vehicles & Equipment and Training: Key achievements:• Successful migration of people and services to Capita Fire and Rescue including 57 site locations in the UK and overseas and 1300 people (TUPE of c.600)• Delivery and roll out of 7 new digital COTS technology solutions from requirements through to successful go live including: successful MOD security accreditation configuration, hosting, networks and hardware, training and roll out.• Infrastructure build programme (c £7M) fire station, RAF house, aviation incident ground and training simulators across 28 + sites• People change management and business readiness programme supporting 5 stages of migration and service transformation with successful delivery of all key contractual milestones

Working with our group sales function on large and complex proposals designing transition and transformation solutions, often from proposal into delivery including:Transition Director, Mobilcom, Germany Solution design for transition including people transfer and change programme lease and building transfer, site relocation, site and service setup for a new near shore location (approx 200 FTE), transfer of multiple other service providers and contracts. Transition Director, Unitymedia, Germany Led the setup of a new 550 seat contact centre for Unitymedia in Cologne including E2E solution from bid to delivery deploying digitally enabled new ways of working, including gamification tools and agent adherence tracking. New site leased, refurbished, branding, hardware and networks installed, 300 staff recruited and training and training programme redesigned.

Transition Manager, FERA (DEFRA) (Jun 2014 - Jun 2015) Fera is a joint venture with central government (previously known as the Food and Environment Research Agency). Led the programme team managing the transfer of all people, contracts and assets Including TUPE transfer of 540 people. Technology transformation including replacing 12 different technology solutions including finance, project and people management systems Transition Manager, Npower (Oct 2013 – May 2014) Managed the UK programme team delivering transition of new outsourcing contract including services, people, buildings, and relocation of approx. 500 employees (8 days after contract signature). Setup of a new service from a different Capita site including installation of all IT systems and connectivity; recruitment and training of 400 employees. Supported setup and transition of over 600 FTE offshore in 2 locations in Bangalore and Pune.

I led the programme delivery managing 12 different workstreams and rapid implementation timescales. Projects included: New training technology solution for course booking and training administration, New Supplier management and tendering portal, redesign of 65+ new training courses, contact and support centre.
