About Sian Kerr
Currently, I lead the insight and consultancy arm at Watermelon. My expertise lies in the design and delivery of insight programmes that shape business transformation. My specialisation is customer experience and this includes the entire cycle from journey mapping, experience measurement, prioritisation, service design and transformation through to implementation. This has involved the creation of a framework and CX principles which we have successfully applied to help our clients differentiate through customer centric service. I am passionate and enthusiastic about my career and have an inquisitive nature with a drive to continually challenge and find solutions that are outside of the traditional approach. I enjoy managing and developing my team and believe strongly in collaboration.
