My role involved coordinating closely with trades, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project phases. In addition, I analysed client requirements and design packages to develop effective fabrication methods and installation strategies, while adhering to budgetary constraints. By implementing lean principles and using value stream mapping, I optimised machine layouts and improved workshop efficiency. I also prepared and reviewed fabrication drawings, guided the workshop team and ensured quality through comprehensive Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and quality assurance packages.
