With a deep passion for and an educational background in marketing, it was a natural secondary role at OnCourse Vantage. Having been a part of the marketing team and having helped grow the company over the international markets, I was entrusted with the responsibility to oversee the marketing team of the company and my roles include strategising new ways of reaching out to more people, maintaining and forging new partner relationships, managing a team of 8 people and assisting the company with their marketing requirements.

OnCourse Vantage is an educational counselling company that mentors students who wish to study abroad for their undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. As a senior associate, I'm responsible for assisting students with key decisions like the right colleges, countries, courses as well as the kind of activities to build a strong profile. I'm also in charge of helping students with their application forms and essays to make for a holistic and stand out application.

The Management Field Consulting Experience (MCFE) program at Babson connects Boston-area organisations with Babson students to work as consultants to address a current business challenge. The scope of this project was to conduct market research into the Fitness industry and devise a strategic plan for PUMA to be innovative in this space.My Roles:• Consulted with a Senior Project Manager and CIO to better understand the needs of the organisation.• Collaborated with team of four to develop a comprehensive strategy for PUMA to increase it’s lagging market share in the fitness industry. • Utilised market research methods such as surveys, focus groups and industry profitability analysis to identify opportunities to revolutionise the fitness industry. • Recommended the use of gamification based on time and resource considerations; recommendations led to positive feedback from PUMA and further implementation.

Menarini's aim is to conduct world-class research and develop innovative medicines, making them available to patients all around the world.My Roles:• Developed and suggested a sustainable marketing model which will help engage doctors in the long term and will help build a KOL network.• Laid out the plan and then did a dipstick study on measuring the potential of the model with regard to its acceptance.

The Guggenheim Museum works towards their mission to collect, preserve, and research modern and contemporary art, and to present it from multiple perspectives within the context of the History of Art, addressing a broad, diverse audience, so as to contribute to the knowledge and enjoyment of art and the values that it represents, within a unique architectural landmark, as an essential part of the Guggenheim network.We worked towards our project to align it with the Museum's primary values focusing on sensitivity and respect for art, and integration with the art community.My Role:• Organized and conducted educational workshops at the Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum and organized off-site events on both a small scale for private institutes and large scale for local public schools.
