CurrentAs Head of Performance, I keep a close watch on the KPIs for all our clients and make sure that they're achieved to the client's satisfaction.Corollary to that role:1. I supervise all Media Buyers in the company, as well as provide or source out training to enhance their skill sets, especially in optimising ads and gathering insights from the stats2. Make sure that proper conversion tracking is in place for every account and verify outcomes from ads with actual performance at the back end (e.g. CRM or shopping platforms)3. Coordinate with Brand Managers when it comes to strategy, with the goal in mind of aligning such strategies with the KPIs agreed with the clients4. Oversee the timely production and quality of reports, as well as in the creation of dashboards that show real-time data of campaign performance 5. Make sure that ad budgets are spent prudently, prevent overspending or underspending, and maximise results out of every dollar spent
