Sprint Production Support was responsible for maintaining the identity and access management of Sprint employees and Non employees. Roles included implementation of management agents and setting up to pull user data to the identity store using Microsoft's Forefront Identity Manager and FIM Sync services 2010 as the main tools. We also provided user with access and provisioning using Sprint owned applications and 3rd party vendor applications. We also have client related application which connects to various data sources to pull and push data.
