I work with a fantastic team in creating, managing, and updating posts, posters, screen, and stickers for the IDEA Center located in George Fox University. Our goal is to promote the services we have for the students that help them bridge college to career.

In a team of fourteen, our goal is to help freshmen bridge from high school to college. We help build community and support every student, especially our freshmen students. I am a resident assistant to eighteen freshamn girls who come and enjoy events I help create. As a team, we have created a safe environment to grow in.

Mosaic mentorship is a program that George Fox University has for incoming freshman multicultural scholarship recipients. As a Mosaic Mentor I am responsible for having one freshman "mentee," with whom I meet every other week. My responsibilities include: -Created a safe atmosphere for expression of thoughts-Provided resources for student mentees-Gave advice to scholars about college
