Manage the overall motel operation and management

Perform study and investigation on all product non conformance issue (NCR).Analyses of data for potential improvement.Prepare documents for URS (User Requirement Specification), Validation Package, Re-evaluation package, Engineering Study Protocol and all related reports to the mentioned package.Review and revise all documents for SOP, products, equipments and equipment maintenance. Submission of revised documents for change request and closure.Ensure all Preventive Maintenance is not overdue and perform in a timely manner. Ensure all department documentations and procedures are in hand with GxP practices.Assist in operation improvement activities (thru Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma)Manage department purchasing and maintenance budget.

Project coordinator for Fuji Xerox photocopy machine.Assist in Fuji Xerox spare parts orders and build, assembling, delivery and launching of new products. Liaise with customer on all business affect.Ensure smooth flowing of orders and delivery.Forecast, planning of material storage and purchase.Planning for proper engineering change timeline with engineer and production.Ensure production quality are beyond customer quality standard.Working hand in with engineer and quality personnel in product problem solving.
