Ieder jaar leid ik een aantal hoofddocenten op (c.a. 40 uur per hoofddocent). De meeste trainingen zijn 1-op-1 en erg intensief. In de trainingen ga ik in op de presentatievaardigheden en management-skills die een hoofddocent nodig heeft.

Het opleidingstraject is geheel 1-op-1, en bestaat uit intensieve opleiding, begeleiding en coaching van trainers in opleiding op het gebied van trainersvaardigheden als analyseren, feedback geven en coachen

Ik geef iedere dag c.a. 4 uur klassikale uitleg waarbij ik zo veel mogelijk interactie met leerlingen inbouw. Daarnaast coach ik assistent-docenten in hoe ze het maximale uit leerlingen kunnen halen.

Ik was eindverantwoordelijk voor de examencursus Economie: het curriculum, de didactische methoden en de inhoud/vorm van al het lesmateriaal. Daarnaast stuurde ik de docenten in deze sectie aan (c.a. 60 docenten). Ik vroeg hen om input, motiveerde hen om mee te denken, delegeerde taken en creëerde draagvlak voor wijzigingen in de cursus.

Gedurende drie dagen was ik van 's ochtends vroeg (08:30) tot 's avonds laat (21:30) verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding/coaching van een groep van 5 leerlingen. Een belangrijk onderdeel daarvan was het motiveren van de leerlingen. Dit gebeurde in samenwerken met een 4 andere docenten. Samen verzorgde wij een examencursus voor een klas van ca. 25.
