About Tony Tsang

My qualifications include over 20 years of experience working as a 3D artist in the professional game industry. I am a Studio Art Director at Emerald City Games and a Co-founder of Switchblade Monkeys and the 3D Art lead on its debut title, Secret Ponchos. Before venturing into the world of Indie Development, I was a Senior Character/Vehicle artist in Radical Entertainment working on Prototype 2, and was an Assistant Lead Character Artist at Silicon Knights for X-Men Destiny and Too Human. I graduated from Alberta College or Art and Design in 2003 under the discipline of media arts and technology. On the following year, I received my certificate in Character Animation at Sheridan College. I was also placed top 8 in a world wide game art competition, Dominance War IV. Being an avid gamer and a passionate artist, I have spent most of my life pursuing a career as a game artist. I enjoy the obstacles, restrictions as well as the challenges that make game art creation so exciting.
