Since High school I have lived the duality of The Jock and the Theater kid. I have been very fortunate for the past 18 years to work as a profesional special fx makeup artist. My wife Amy and I own Silver Shamrock Lab an award winning FX shop and have enjoyed years of interesting projects. In 2011 our lives Changed as we brought our amazing boy Thomas into the world. being a father and having family has been a great adventure and taught me many lessons. I realized that I wanted to be around my family more hours than i was spending in the film industry, raise my son and enjoy my wife.2014 I found myself at 280 pounds due to overeating, stress, and lack of exercise. Doctor told me I needed to make some changes in my life. I decided to plug into a local fit-camp connected to a Nutrition Club. I had been using The Core in the morning for breakfast on and off.As I began to loose weight and exercise I felt renewed and confident. It took me back to my younger years when I played ball, surfed, and was in great shape. I wanted to become part of this community and help other people as well.Amy and I both jumped aboard and began to explore the business opportunity as well. FF to the end or 2015 I am down 40 pounds over 15% body fat and have gained over 20 pounds of muscle. I currently compete in triathlons and spartan races, where as a little over a year ago I could not run a mileI became a Personal Wellness Coach for Herbalife and co-owner of Core Health nutrition club. This has been great way to stay in shape and have balance.I now focus my FX skills on building my company Ballistic Dummy Lab. We specialize in human analog Ballistic testing targets.
