My strategy optimized Dell’s network and storage deployment services through a market coverage model that balances best cost with optimal value. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing consultants, I helped develop Dell solutions that align with customers’ needs and support pipeline growth.

I implemented Dell network deployment services using a Dell-on-Dell delivery model, managing large-scale systems, network, and software deployment projects for client companies. This includes complete oversight of design, development, deployment, and production, ensuring excellence and efficiency at every phase.
