Developing Yorkshire Water's investment plan for the next Asset Management Planning period (AMP6). Working as part of a small team we are in the final stages of successfully securing £1.9bn capital programme plan for the business. Responsible for developing the business cases for the National Environment Programme which will secure around £300m of investment funding for Yorkshire Water to deliver its environmental performance commitments.

Managing the national delivery of Route Asset Management Plans (RAMPs) - a key component of Network Rail’s Strategic Business Plan, submitted to the Regulator to secure funding for the next Control Period (5 years). This is the first time that N.R. has developed a nationally consistent suite of Asset Management Plans. Built the 1st generation in 2009, and currently launching the 4th generation product.- Led a small team of technical specialists, and regional data providers through all stages of design, development and deployment to the end users (200+) nationally.- Managed a wide range of cross-asset stakeholders at all levels of management, to develop engagement and help define and understand their business requirements.- Coordinated the National, Cross-functional data collection activities to populate the RAMPs. Embedding the process in the regional teams’ activities.

- Promoted into a headquarters role with a national programme developing the company’s Geographic Information System, which has 5000+ users nationally.- Successfully delivered a series of enhancements to the corporate GIS system as Sponsor’s Agent. These deliverables addressed the Rail Regulator’s requirement for N.R. to share information on its infrastructure with external industry partners.- Engaged with customers nationally to identify opportunities and translate these requirements into business cases for Investment Authority.- Monitored IT project delivery progress - challenged proposals where necessary, defined and specified outputs, reviewed quality of deliverables and provided technical support.- Undertook duties of the Project Manager, Business Analyst and Developer when required.- Delivered several other national projects including a Data Supply Tool to standardise and validate the capture of track configuration changes - and rolled these out into business as usual.- Provided ad Hoc asset management information and analysis for Asset Management Strategy leader.
