I have substantial experience in leadership and organisational design, and have real strengths in mentoring, facilitation, horizon scanning and intelligence gathering. I currently chair national strategic networks for ETF, also facilitating networks that focus on industry placements and curriculum support. I represent ETF in a number of stakeholder groups across the country.I am highly skilled at analysing data and using it to inform decision making.
