• Responsible for the restructuring and expansion of the flagship Renewables event, consolidating existing Solar and Wind events and adding an arm for Energy Storage• Compiled a thorough past-delegate analysis, identified large gaps in data and developed a strategy for targeting previously untapped delegate, sponsorship and exhibitor pools. • In four months, grew a LinkedIn following of over 5,000 new Renewables connections, and a rapport with executive leaders at key global Developers, Investers, OEMs, ISPs and more.

Revenue up by 285% from 2015.• Developed new ecosystem mapping technique & strategies for dramatically maximizing lead generation (now standard company practise).• Conducted company wide training for conference producers & trialled new marketing & sales techniques across multiple teams• Developed & executed extensive marketing plans for delegate, exhibition & sponsorship funnels; including the research, commissioning & design of white papers & 60+ page reports• Created, grew engagement & managed the main LinkedIn groups associated with the Downstream event (still in use today)
