Providing project engineering management to two combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) sites, a 10-year-old established site based in South Wales coming into its critical life period and a new state of the art 890MW station constructed in Devon. I had responsibility for the delivery of capital projects, plant outages, site infrastructure & facilities including inventory. Managing a variety of projects requiring the development of the benefits case, planning and monitoring, risk analysis, quality & change control, commercial awareness and maintaining a structured project methodology & governance. - Responsible for annual capital budgets of c.£10million p/annum- Ownership of c.£2million revenue budgets for the site- Built a unique educational visitor centre to enhance location liaison opportunities by learning in an interactive way about Energy- Executed 4 successful outage inspections including a standout Major Steam Turbine Inspection as Rest of Plant Lead
