Jenx products are well recognised both in the UK and internationally, with representation in over 30 countries worldwide via partnerships with carefully selected global distribution partners.Main role responsibilities:• Planning, management and delivery of the marketing strategy and budget. Providing monthly reporting to members of the board.• Managing and maximising relationships with external agencies (PR, print, creative, digital, media).• Aligning tactical marketing activity with a team of UK wide field based sales representatives.• Management of the design & development of sales and marketing collateral across an extremely diverse large product range delivered across multiple communication channels, liaising with key business stakeholders and external agencies as required. Management, design, and maintenance of suite of relevant on-brand product literature, providing accurate and informative clinically led information.• Produce, manage and control the annual marketing budget to deliver effective product and brand awareness, evidencing effective ROI.• Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team/function, ensuring effective hands-on leadership, direction and team motivation to enable delivery of results against agreed objectives.• Management of planning and organisation of multiple exhibitions and product roadshows, including logistical elements' and supporting campaign initiatives. • Manage digital marketing communication across multiple channels.

In my role as Communications Executive for super-regional shopping centre, Meadowhall, I worked as part of the communications team both on the ideas generation side and the awareness creation of campaign related events and activity. Being part of a relatively small team in a large scale organisation provided exposure to all elements of the marketing mix including TV commercial, radio, media buying, direct mail, e-marketing and social media.I headed up design and deployment of the centres e-marketing activity, with positive performance improvements achieved in open & CTR, delivered through effective database segmentation and targeting.My role also allowed use of my design skills, to which I was involved in creating some of the centre's calendar of 'footfall driving' event communication collateral, both in digital and print format, with experience of working on large scale graphics for in-centre hoardings and outdoor concert (Meadowhall Light Switch-on) communications as well as heading up the delivery of the 2015 Santa's Snowflake Hollow project communications. I was a key player in the launch of a new Meadowhall website and headed up the content management of the website including monthly KPI reporting for website performance - with effective use of analytics to drive site changes.The role also demanded liaison with external promotional companies, in-centre retailers and the wider marketing team to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of centre events and promotions.
