Responsibilities:Ensure product and processes are compelling for customers and are compliant in accordance with Governance/regulatory policies and standards. Work with the customer and channel teams to design and deliver new products which are easy to buy and financially sustainable as well as compelling for customers.Monitor industry, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risk are identified and appropriate plans are implemented. Identify improvements to products and processes to ensure customer needs & Lloyds Banking Group financial commitments are met. Ensure that LBG's products remain competitive and proactively manage the withdrawal/migration of products which are no longer relevant. Represent Retail Business Banking current accounts on wider group projects.Understanding and monitoring of key risk metrics.

Responsibilities:Working with the strategy team to develop and design new propositions/initiatives.Implement new propositions from design stage into the business. Work with key stakeholders to define client engagement, servicing, product, pricing, service propositions across client segments. Develop client retention strategies and monitor their impact, making any necessary adjustments. Identify key performance indicators for the different segments and work with Insight and Finance to put in measurement systems. Manage stakeholder relationships across the International and UK Private Banking business. Utilise relationships with SMEs to ensure Product and Proposition enhancements are aligned and supported by the business operating model. Influence the operating model to achieve the objectives of business area while ensuring front line colleagues are part of the process. Effectively manage colleague engagement work streams of projects and bring in relevant front line stakeholders to help design programmes, ensuring the launch of the product/proposition is successful
