Cremorne Properties is a privately owned property investment and development business, which owns a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial properties in the Melbourne CBD and city fringe. Its newest project being the soon to be completed 7,000sqm office development at 511 Church Street Richmond.

I managed the Melbourne CBD Real Estate Management Team with a strong focus on business development and growth and also managed a portfolio of institutional and private client properties.

At APN Outdoor I managed the company's large format outdoor advertising sites in Victoria and South Australia and was responsible for new site identification and development.

I transferred into the suburban Office Leasing team in 2003 and was responsible for leasing properties from the city fringe out to the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs. In 2005 I relocated to the CBD office to take up a position in the St Kilda Road leasing team and gained invaluable experience and knowledge in this market.

I commenced employment at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Property Manager looking after a portfolio of CBD commercial properties for both Institutional and private investors. In 1997 I transferred to the Glen Waverly office managing a portfolio of suburban commercial and major industrial asset for Colonial First State Property. Soon after, I was promoted to Manager and managed the Glen Waverley Property Management team until 2003.
