I am also applying my strong interpersonal skills when leading, training and appraising teams to advance staff performance enhancements, and when implementing an improved staff structure to improve team knowledge and cohesion.Skilled in reconciliations, I authorise checks on daily cash and stock availability, and analyse and secure Euroclear collateral to ensure sufficient funding availability.
