I am currently a BPCA Level 3 Senior pest control technician for Rentokil pest control. This entails the regular servicing of both residential & commercial clients as per contracted portfolio & also any ad hoc non contracted work.It is my responsibility to plan my workload for the coming days/week & to also allow for any callouts or help needed for other colleague's. As a level 3 technician I am also called upon to train new starters & help out the Field Biologist carrying out escalation visits, inspections & QA inspections.Since starting with Rentokil I have been a technician, a supervisor, an HD technician, a Team leader & now a Senior technician.

I started in the mailroom which also included reception cover & the putting together of brochures & itineraries for the tours. I then went into accounts department for a short time in reconciliations. After this I joined the Escorted tour operations department in which I helped co-ordinate the smooth running of the various transfers from airports to hotels around Europe, Coach hire, sightseeing etc. This all for the American market.I then went into Business travel at the Amex implant within Morgan Stanley Bank. Here I was arranging business meetings around the world including flights, transfers, accommodation, meeting rooms etc.
