I run in-day operations within the field, I have a team of 20 under me and my role is to support my colleagues in the field whether it be technical support or hands on experience. I communicate well with my stakeholders and keep all parties in the loop during my day to day issues in the field.

Currently working with one of the UK biggest utility provider. On a mission to install Smart Meters into every Customers homes by the year 2020.My Role as a Smart Energy Specialist, is to help meet the government set targets of the installations of smart meters for both electric and gas meters in homes in the UK. Along with giving Energy Efficiency Advise to our customers on how they can save energy in their homes by giving examples of saving tips and offering and products such as boiler's, Loft and wall cavity to help cut Carbon emissions and save on fuel bills.My role also deals with any customer disputes regarding any work done or any problems with their meters / equipment they may have. I work close with The Field investigation team who deal with any issues that arise in the field. I have good site experience and work close with site mangers on new builds when dealing with new connections.I also managed a team of 14 in the absence of the manager to give technical support and when availible onsite support to help support other Smart Energy Experts in the field. I am part of the mentoring scheme to help train new employee's and help them through transition out onto the field. With one to one onsite training / site experience in customers homes.Asset management is part of my job maintaining a full, tidy well stock rotated van. Along with spare parts for any Smart energy Experts in need of them.

Managed Fresh foods at Maidenhead Waitrose on the weekend and during the weekdays in the absence of the manager. Work closely with a team of 15+. Job role included, Asset management- Stock rotation, ordering of stock, availibilty and Wastage management. Customer relations skills- looking after the customer's need's along with dealing with complaints and customer Disputes/ Resolutions. Worked with the managers to meet targets set by head office and maintain good presentation on the shop floor. A general all rounder over 8 years of service to the partnership working on all but 3 departments over my time there.
