In addition to SIRO, DPO and ISO 27001, I'm responsible for quality (ISO 20252), environmental (ISO 14001), business continuity and incident management along with things like SECR and CRP reporting.

Having led NatCen's Project Management Office for the last 5 years, my responsibilities have expanded to include operational delivery functions too. They have two parts. One focuses on the delivery of complex research projects and their main complex logistical requirements, and is heavily underpinned by the principles of Lean Six Sigma, especially reducing waste, reducing variation, and promoting continuous improvement. The second part uses data to drive decision-making at all levels of the organisation. This is alongside my wider responsibilities for the delivery of change projects at an organisational level, quality (ISO20252), information security (ISO27001) and the integrated management system I'm currently working on such that we can add ISO14001 (environmental) and ISO22301 (business continuity) to the array of accreditations our customers expect of us.

I lead the Project Management Office and am responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the research projects NatCen carries out on behalf of its customers as well as internally. I'm also responsible for the corporate, multi-year change programme and for NatCen's operating procedures.Beyond project delivery, I'm responsible for information security (ISO27001), quality (ISO20252), and all aspects of compliance, risk and incident management. I advise on GDPR in my role as the organisation's Data Protection Officer and fulfil the role of Senior Information Risk Owner.I'm a PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
