I create and host unique live and virtual experiences, conferences, awards evenings and gala dinners, team building events, conference energisers, charity events and auctions for clients all over the world. From small team events to global virtual and hybrid experiences, we can deliver it all.

As a valued member of the refreshingly different Team Spirit team I develop, organise and deliver numerous Corporate events every year in the UK and internationally. Utilising creativity and personal flair I create an experience for all my clients from the pre event organisation process through to our post event service as well as being onsite during the event to ensure it is successful and delivers the 'wow factor' clients have come to expect from me.Extra personal responsibilities include: - Key account management of many blue chip clients- Recruitment and training of the event coordinators team (Around 50 staff)- Management of the company fleet- Responsibility and allocation of shared event equipment - Updating and developing lean and efficient internal information systems- Personal development and lean management training

After completing the Graduate Management Scheme for 6 months in Swindon I transferred around the South West of the UK for 18 months before moving back to the Northwest. I managed and developed teams of over 50 staff, managed budgets, staff discipline and increased club performance by developing targetted marketing and promotional campaigns based on customer behavioural analysis.
