More recently I've managed the implementation of a new HR system, Live Chat and Post-Call survey and Payroll solutions, as well as working on the Estate strategy for the business over the past 12 months.In addition to standard Project Management skills, can also provide consultancy around the Operational and Customer Experience elements of running Contact Centres.
