Maintain and administer the VLocity Fleet’s Quality Management Systems, including but not limited to, undertaking product, supplier and Quality Management System audits, raising and managing NCR’s, IAR’s and CAR’s against suppliers and internally, raise Quality Alerts, and updating senior management on the state of the Quality Management System for the VLocity Fleet.Maintain and administer the VLocity Fleet’s OH&S systems, including but not limited to, managing and distributing Incident Reports and Investigations, Injury Reports, Safety Alerts, site visits and inspections, and updating senior management on the state of the OH&S System for the VLocity Fleet.Act as the VLocity Product Introduction Engineer. Tasks involve undertaking inspections of the latest VLocity build vehicles at the Dandenong factory, managing FRACAS issues between the West Melbourne maintenance staff and Dandenong production staff, conducting vehicle handover between the Dandenong Quality team and the VLocity Service team, and act as a conduit of information between Dandenong and West Melbourne Depot.Act as a Facilitator for the roll-out of the Safety It Starts with Me culture change program throughout Bombardier Transportation Australia by running all day safety culture learn sessions for staff across multiple Bombardier sites within Australia, and assisting with the set-up and development of the program.Support the VLocity Fleet Maintenance project as required through document control, drawing control and project management activities during repair of accident vehicles.

Assisted in maintaining and administrating the Classic Fleet’s OH&S systems, particularly during the absence of the OH&S Officer during 2014.Assisted the Quality Officer in undertaking product and Quality Management System audits.Undertook unofficial role as the VLocity Product Introduction Engineer from March 2015. Tasks involved undertaking inspections of the VLocity 2012 build vehicles at the Dandenong factory, managing FRACAS issues between the West Melbourne maintenance staff and Dandenong production staff, conducting vehicle handover between the Dandenong Quality team and the Product Introduction team, and act as a conduit of information between Dandenong and West Melbourne Depot.Assisted in conducting customer inspections for the Adelaide EMU project, loading the Adelaide EMU for transport, and conducting vehicle handover procedures between the Dandenong Quality team and the Product Introduction team.Assisted the West Melbourne VLocity Service team in raising and managing their NCR’s in MAXIMO against Dandenong Production for the VLocity 2012 vehicles, and against other suppliers for the whole VLocity fleet.

My work with GHD started as a vacation student in a summer of 2010/2011, turning into casual work throughout my final year of 2011, and eventually a graduate position upon the completion of my degree from February 2012.Throughout that time, I have been involved in a variety of projects throughout the Energy and Resources Business Group in areas such as renewable energy and power generation, and industrial fire safety systems and mechanical process systems.From 2012 till 2013, I was involved as a member of GHD's Young Professionals Group Committee for running educational, informational, networking and social events for the young professionals in GHD's Victorian branch.
