I was a Managing Director at ING Real Estate Investment Management, one of the UK’s most successful Fund Management Houses. During my time at ING Real Estate Investment Management I was responsible for in excess of £3.5bn of assets. I headed both the Value Add Investment and the Unlisted Pooled Funds divisions. As a member of the Group and Performance Boards I was responsible for the management of the UK business and the investment decisions on behalf of the retained clients and investors. I chaired the General Partner to Lionbrook LLP, the company’s largest unlisted fund, and sat on the Tax and Structures Committee of the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF). I have been a regular speaker at industry conferences.
