I have completed the 12-week Master Coding bootcamp course with CodeNation. This intensive course comprised of 480 hours of coding on a number of projects, both individually and in small groups.Topics and projects included: JavaScript, JS DOM, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, SQL, REST APIs. Technologies used were: VS Code, Docker, MySQL Workbench and Insomnia.My final project was a full-stack social media application for saving holiday memories, using the MERN stack of technologies, incorporating the Google Maps API for location tagging and Cloudinary API for image hosting.

My role at Blackpool and the Fylde college consisted of the management of the learning resource centre at the college's largest campus. This included using KOHA LMS to manage the resource collection and leading a team of 5 library advisors and assistants.I was also the Digital Learning Team manager, whose role was to support the entire academic staff in their use of the VLE and exact change within college for using digital learning resources. During my tenure I was involved in the rollout to the whole college of a new VLE called CANVAS.
