Brands Quality Management and Food Packaging, Hungry Jack’s Food Safety and Coles QC-NF1 (Non-Food) requirements.• Responsible for quality and food safety management across Brompton production site, Regency Park warehouse (including imported goods) and Auckland warehouse• Responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting internal and external supplier audits as per the management systems audit schedule.• Conducting food safety and quality principles induction and refresher training for operational, warehousing and sales personnel.• Lead the Operations team in setting and achieving quality objectives and targets.• Leading and participating in cross functional projects to improve processes in operations and warehousing.• Responsible for driving quality improvement on-site through assisting and training others in problem solving techniques.• Reporting quality KPI results to the Board, Senior Management and employees.• Secondment for 18 months for the responsibility of the continuous improvement program including the management of a CI Coordinator

• Responsible for facilitating the customer complaint system for Australian operations which included the collation of information pertaining to the investigation, facilitating and reviewing root cause analysis and assisting and reviewing corrective and/or preventative actions.• Responsible for conducting internal audits as per the management systems audit schedule.• Writing and reviewing standard operating procedures for production, production services and supply chain departments.• Participating in cross functional project related work to improve processes in operations and warehousing.• Reporting customer complaints trends at the quality improvement meetings.

• Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory• Consulting with winemakers, cellar hands, laboratory manager and laboratory technicians• Responsible for the document control of laboratory procedures• Performing and validating risk assessments• Training and assessing new employees• Quality control checks on laboratory analysis.
