During this period increases in volume, profit, customer satisfaction and dealer satisfaction were driven by successful launches of new models, premium brand development, a focus on internet marketing combined with efficient lead management and excellent dealer relations.

As a result of work done in the UK, promoted to the Volvo office in Brussels to join the newly formed Global Marketing department. Responsible for developing a 5 year global Marketing Strategy and implementation across major markets. This involved work with markets in Europe, Asia, Japan and the US to secure the consistent application of marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Volvo Car Corporation, Sweden.
