For the last 18 years I have gained extensive experience of offering tailor-made recruitment solutions to SME's as well as executing and account directing large national recruitment programmes. I have also supported the growth of lean consultancies across the UK and globally; and diversified the recruitment of senior lean and change professionals in to professional service environments, recruiting for organisations such as National Grid, Barclaycard, Deutsche Bank and Shoosmiths LLP.

As Director I led a number of specialist Engineering and Manufacturing teams across the UK covering different niche industries, whilst retaining a strong personal network of candidates and full range of plc, private and PE owned clients. We offered a range of tailored solutions to meet client requirements, quickly and cost efficiently to help find the ‘best candidates’ in the market. This can included database search as well as advertising solutions, ranging from branded advertising to innovative tailored packages on best performing job boards, whilst leveraging an extensive network of contacts at a National and International level.We offered both permanent and interim contract solutions across a number of different job types, (production, operations, quality, health & safety, maintenance, continuous improvement) across a number of different sectors such as FMCG, plastics, print, packaging, pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical, automotive, aerospace, electronics and industrial manufacturing.
