Duties included dealing with customers, sometimes under the influence of alcohol and drugs, dealing with complaints, managing customer welfare issues, and dealing with conflict, occasionally resorting to physical restraint of unruly customers, as well as liaising with partners such as University Security and Tayside Police.

Working with Ireland's first motorcycle sport website to produce interviews, features and race reports, as well as photograph galleries and videos, we successfully built up the website to over 50,000 unique hits a month.
