The core of my career has been built in credit risk, covering investment, trading and commercial banking. Leadership strengths lie in building relationships within and outside the organisation, and motivating teams and colleagues to embrace changes in our industry, be they driven by strategic requirements or from regulatory necessity. Long experience in managing bank culture, diversity, behaviour and regulatory compliance. Relocated to the UK in January 2021.
