I used research skills to developed historical narratives for tour guests. After composing and refining an original tour, I used my background in communication to give them unique experience. I was able to build meaningful rapport with and accommodate a diversity of clientele.

I was responsible for leading and coordinating groups of 28 people safely through the tour route. I effectively communicated safety protocols to the guests, and managed risks associated with night time tourism. When crises occurred, or altercations happened, I used crisis management to diffuse tensions and ensured everyone had a positive experience.

I am an ambassador for solar and green energy by providing energy solutions to low income households. Using methods of community outreach, I contact potential leads and explain the benefits of green energy solutions. I run sophisticated software in order to see if we can save the household money. Finally, I walk the client through a lease agreement and help to overcome any objections or questions they might have.

As a tour guide at Intrepid, I utilised my knowledge of history and culture in order to provide immersive journey to clients. During my employment with Intrepid, my overall goal was to ensure a hospitable time in the city with clients. In order to create this atmosphere, I enjoyed forming bonds with the specific interest of the guests. These occurrences provided me with the necessary skills to form connections, manage groups, provide management, and above-all leadership

I am the lead of food production. I evaluate what ingredients need to be prepared so that the restaurant runs smoothly. I arrive before everyone else to set up the restaurant and receive orders.

I was a cook and shift lead. I was responsible for organizing the other cooks within the kitchen and making the sure the operations ran smoothly.

During my stay at university, I operated as a volunteer disk jockey. My objective was a radio production which aired once a week. My skills with sound and media arts allowed for a seamless production of a popular college channel. My time spent working with media and radio analytics allowed for me to gain valuable skills that have transversed into my passions. The show being live on the air aided in my ability to think on my feet in order to produce our product efficiently and professionally.
