I started working at Kaltenbach Ltd as Sales & Marketing Manager in 1998.Successfully progressed to Sales & Marketing Director in 2000. In January 2008 I was appointed Managing Director of Kaltenbach Ltd.

Completed a 5 year Aprenticeship progressing to a service engineer for 7 years installing and commissioning high value capital equipment in numerous continents. After progressing to capital equipment sales I was resident in China for 2 years then progressing to Regional Area Sales Manager Asian Pacific Rim including Key Accounts within the Tobacco Industry
