Fit For Success offered personal training, sports conditioning and corporate well-being programs based on the philosophy of "vitality through lifestyle re-education". I started this business from scratch before selling it to "tackle something new". These were great days where I learnt the value of having great staff and how to attract and retain great clients as evidenced by our retention rates of trainers and clients being three times higher than the industry norm.During this time I worked with many high level exectives, sports teams, athletes and organisations to improve their health, fitness, sporting or business performance. It was here that I developed a passion for understanding the mechanics and dynamics of success and was later regularly employed as a 'success coach' to help teams understand that winning is a learned habit.
