Human Resources: Leadership development, coaching and retention strategies.Information Technology: Development, management and deployment of all IT activities; including the execution and deployment of the Company's ERP standard operating procedures (SOP).Major Successes: - Automated most major service functions within the company,- Improved cash flow through better cash management strategies and asset utilization,- Implemented production module that virtually eliminated paper flow and improve productivities,- Developed G.R.O.W.T.H. (Growing Relationships and Opportunities With Team-oriented Habits); a management engagement program based on the Rockefeller Habits principles to improve the company's competitive position.

Responsible for all aspects of Finance:- Financial Statements compilation and management.- MD&A preparation and maintenance, TSX filings, internal controls governance.
